It's ********, apologies for not keeping in touch and informing you of mum's health.

Unfortunately over the past 6 months mum has continued to struggle with her heart since the aborted attempt at surgery to remove ovarian cysts that I have since discovered didn't require removal at this stage ..if ever. ....

Since suffering this significant heart event she has struggled with complications that ultimately caused another two attacks , the last one on 17/7/18 which ultimately took her life at 6.30pm on 18/7/18...

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the manner in which you treated mum. ! She thought the world of you and was so proud when you told her she was your other grandmother. Once again I am eternally in your debt.... Mum really enjoyed your appointments!!
